Ryeish Irish Coffee

For a change, make the traditional coffee drink with Finnish whisky made from rye.

For one drink you need

  • 4 clKyrö whisky
  • 1cup hot coffee
  • 1 tsp – 1 tbspbrown sugar
  • Lightly whipped cream

How to make it

  1. Shake the cream until lightly whipped. You can shake it right in the carton or pour what you need into a jar with a lid.
  2. Warm a glass with hot water. Pour the water away once the glass is warm.
  3. Pour hot coffee into the warm glass and add brown sugar to taste. Stir well.
  4. Add the whisky and stir again. Hold a spoon against the glass just above the coffee and gently pour the cream over it so it floats on top. Serve right away and enjoy with fellow coffee lovers.
