Pink 75

The classic French 75, with pink gin and plenty of bubbles.

For one drink you need

  • 3 clpink rye gin
  • 1.5 cllemon juice
  • 0.5 clsugar syrup
  • 6 clsparkling wine

How to make it

  1. Fill a shaker with ice and add the gin, lemon juice and sugar syrup. Shake well and pour into a champagne glass. Top up with sparkling wine and garnish with a twist of lemon peel.
